Billboard has opened its weekly New Music Latin poll, inviting readers to choose their favourite recent release from a selection curated by its Latin and Spanish-language editorial teams. The leading release is Anitta’s two-part, 32-track album *EQUILIBRIVM II*, while the poll also highlights Cypress Hill’s first Spanish-language project and new music from Ryan Castro, Lunay and the late Yeison Jiménez.

Anitta says the album explores her spirituality, identity, ancestry and personal story through predominantly Portuguese-language songs, alongside English- and Spanish-language tracks. Its music draws on Brazilian styles including forró, funk, bossa nova and samba; the previous poll was won by Kendo Kaponi and Farruko’s “Se Equivocan” with more than 64% of votes, and this poll closes at 11 a.m. ET on Monday 27 July.
