Daniel Thomas is an activist opposed to immigration to the UK. He has faced legal charges related to incidents at Dover, England's busiest passenger port and a focal point in British immigration debates.

These incidents occurred at Dover's port facilities in spring this year. Restricted zones within ports are closely controlled for security and operational reasons, and entry to these areas without authorisation is subject to legal enforcement.

This case reflects broader tensions in the UK around activism related to immigration and border policy. Dover's status as a major arrival point has made it a focal point where activists engage in campaigns related to immigration.
