Anya Taylor-Joy’s Sci-Fi Phenomenon Officially Hits Netflix in 1 Month

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, featuring Anya Taylor-Joy as the voice of Princess Peach, will begin streaming exclusively on Netflix on 30 November 2026. Its move follows an initial run on Peacock and comes as the film prepares to leave that service.

The animated sequel passed $1 billion at the global box office after three months in cinemas, though it did not match the first film’s $1.3 billion. It became the second-highest-grossing video game adaptation, and Netflix’s streaming window is scheduled to run until 30 November 2027. Taylor-Joy is also expected to appear in Dune: Part Three, due in December 2026, and The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum, scheduled for 2027.
