Arc Raiders Gets Unlikely Subway Crossover — Buy a Meal for Exclusive Outfits

IGN · 4 hours ago

Embark Studios has partnered with fast-food chain Subway to promote Arc Raiders, its extraction shooter, ahead of the game's biggest content update since launch. Players who buy qualifying Subway meals can redeem a code for exclusive in-game outfits and items, an unusual crossover for a game the developer has otherwise presented as a serious, gritty survival title.

Running from 20 August to 26 October, the promotion gives a unique code with any qualifying 6-inch sub, Footlong, salad or wrap, unlocking the original Subterranean outfit, one of three Subway-themed outfit variants, and two bonus items that rotate weekly. The tie-in coincides with the run-up to the Frozen Trail update, launching 8 October, which Embark describes as its largest yet, adding a new frozen map, a high-level ARC Operation, new enemy behaviours, an expanded Outpost progression system, and changes to the Skill Tree and Raider Decks.

  • Subway and Arc Raiders launch a meal-for-outfit promotion until 26 October.
  • Qualifying meals unlock exclusive Subterranean outfits and rotating bonus items.
  • Ties in with Frozen Trail, the game's biggest update, out 8 October.
