Arde Bogotá on Going to Los Angeles to Make Their Most Spanish Album Yet
Arde Bogotá travelled to Los Angeles to record their third album with producer Joe Chiccarelli, hoping his distance from Spain’s music scene would help them explore their own sound. Frontman Antonio García says the result, *Manufacturas del Club de la Gente Sola*, is their most distinctly Spanish album yet, drawing on influences including flamenco and pasodoble.
The band’s international push follows the success of *Cowboys de la A3*, which went double platinum, alongside two Latin Grammy nominations and a sold-out Madrid arena show. Upcoming US dates in Brooklyn, Los Angeles and Miami will mean playing smaller venues and adapting to leaner touring conditions; the band sees that as a chance to reconnect with audiences and build a following from the ground up.
In short
- Arde Bogotá recorded their third album in Los Angeles.
- The band says it is their most Spanish-sounding record.
- US dates will take them back to smaller venues.
