The Featured Artists Coalition (FAC) has issued a final call for UK artists struggling with tour costs to apply for its latest round of funding, with applications closing at 11.59pm on Sunday 13 September. The scheme, run with the Music Managers Forum and Musicians' Union, forms phase two of the UKAT fund, which has doubled to £300,000 and aims to make touring more financially accessible to artists from all genres and backgrounds, particularly those who cannot afford to lose money on shows.

The fund is financed by a voluntary "levy" on ticket sales from major acts including Harry Styles, Radiohead, Lorde, Kasabian and Wolf Alice, channelled through the LIVE Trust, which has distributed over £500,000 to date across various schemes. Phase one, launched in March with £125,000, supported 26 artists across 211 shows reaching a 60,000-strong audience; phase two allows artists to apply for up to £8,000, or 40 per cent of eligible tour costs, to cover headline, support and festival dates, including unconfirmed bookings.
