Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender team says there’s a “secret” TV show in production
Avatar: The Last Airbender co-creator Bryan Konietzko has said he is working on an unannounced television project connected to the franchise. The disclosure suggests Avatar Studios has further plans beyond its already public film and sequel series, though no title, story or release timetable has been confirmed.
Konietzko described the Aang film as only one part of a wider slate and said the new project would be revealed “when the time’s right”. The franchise is also developing Avatar: Seven Havens, a 26-episode animated sequel set after The Legend of Korra, while Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender faced delays, a move to streaming and a major leak.
