Paramount+ will release Avatar: Seven Havens exclusively on 9 October, with the announcement accompanied by a teaser trailer at San Diego Comic-Con 2026. The 2D-animated series continues the Avatar universe after Korra, introducing a new Avatar in a world destabilised by catastrophe and positioning her as a feared figure rather than an obvious saviour.

The 26-episode show follows Earthbender Pavi, who must work with her long-lost twin to protect the Seven Havens, civilisation’s remaining strongholds, while pursued by human and spirit enemies. Created by Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, it features Saheli Khan as Pavi, alongside characters including Airbender mentor Jae and Pavi’s cat-monkey Geet; the creators say its setting and style will differ markedly from earlier Avatar projects.
