Baldur’s Gate 3’s Mizora becomes a fully-fledged companion thanks to a new mod, just in case you fancy adding a calculating cambion to your crew

A modder has turned Mizora, the devious cambion patron who torments companion Wyll in Baldur's Gate 3, into a full recruitable party member via a new mod. Created by WorldWalker42 and released over the UK's late-summer bank holiday weekend, "Mizora Joins the Party" was commissioned by a Reddit user and reflects the broader trend of BG3 modders using the game's official toolkit to deepen companion content rather than relying on AI-generated additions.

Players can recruit Mizora at a specific point in Wyll's act three questline, after which she gains her own spot at the Rivington, Lower City alley and Elfsong campsites and reacts to story events with dialogue repurposed from existing game assets. The mod also gives her an unused human-form spell left in Larian's files and a cameo letter in the epilogue, and is designed to remain compatible with Wyll players so long as other mods don't alter key dialogue files. WorldWalker42 previously did similar work reworking Dame Aylin and Isobel.

  • Modder WorldWalker42 makes Mizora a recruitable BG3 companion.
  • Mod adds campsite presence, reactive dialogue and an epilogue cameo.
  • No AI used; built entirely with the official toolkit and text editor.
