Banijay has confirmed the leadership structure for its German operations following the completion of its merger with All3Media, resolving significant overlap between the two companies in one of Europe's largest television markets. The combined business will trade as Banijay Germany, with Marcus Wolter remaining chief executive and a newly formed senior team drawn from both former organisations taking charge of its various production labels.

Arno Schneppenheim joins the Banijay board as Chief Creative Officer and will also take over management of EndemolShine Germany from September 1st, working alongside Knut Kremling as COO and Michael Laegel as CFO. Vittorio Valente becomes CEO of the former All3Media labels filmpool entertainment, filmpool fiction and South&Browse, now grouped under the filmpool united banner, while Katrin Stefanović becomes sole managing director at Banijay Productions. The reshuffle follows separate news that former EndemolShine Germany co-managing director Fabian Tobias has departed for rival ITV Studios Germany, with further changes expected as Banijay finalises its post-merger management teams across the group's labels, which include Brainpool, MadeFor and EndemolShine.
