BECKY BALDWIN Shares Playthrough Video For ‘Stormwatcher’ From TONY IOMMI’s New Solo Album

Becky Baldwin has shared a playthrough video of “Stormwatcher”, a track from Tony Iommi’s forthcoming solo album, *From The Dark*. The collaboration is a significant opportunity for the UK bassist, who is known for joining Danish metal band Mercyful Fate and whose online bass performances helped bring her to Iommi’s attention.

Baldwin said producer Mike Exeter had followed her work for several years and showed Iommi one of her Black Sabbath bass covers when the guitarist was seeking a local player. She was invited to a studio jam after initially wondering whether the email offering the opportunity was genuine. The album also features drummer Karl Brazil and Norwegian singer Jorn Lande.
