The BFI has announced the complete Industry Forum programme for this year’s London Film Festival, adding sessions with director-producer Danny Boyle, costume designer PC Williams and international producers. The forum will examine the British film industry, international co-productions, costume design, cinema audiences and emerging screenwriting talent, offering insight into how the sector is adapting to changing creative and commercial conditions.

The programme runs from October 8 to 13 and includes discussions with James Wilson and Pippa Harris, alongside panels involving filmmakers and producers from Ireland, Spain, Norway and Brazil. Other events will explore cinema exhibition after a strong spring-summer 2026 season, the use of archives in documentary storytelling and new voices in screenwriting; the festival’s Industry Day also runs alongside LFF Expanded, which presents nine immersive, virtual-reality, artificial-intelligence and video-game projects.
