Talent management and production company Black Box Management has signed actor and comedian Rob Lathan, whose profile has risen following his role in Prime Video's Emmy-nominated comedy Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat. The signing reflects Black Box's continued expansion of its client roster as the reality-hoax mockumentary format, pioneered by the original Jury Duty, cements itself as one of the most popular comedy formats of recent years.

In the show's second season, Lathan plays "Other Anthony", an oblivious employee whose comedic style was honed at Upright Citizens Brigade. Black Box Management was founded by CAA veteran Mike Dill and WME alum Lowell Shapiro, and represents talent including Sue Kim, John Patton Ford and Harper Dill; the company also has several productions in development. Lathan remains represented by Grace Kallis at Ginsburg Daniels.
