LA-based four-piece Blimp, whose sound sits between grunge and emo, have released a new song titled "Awayward". The track marks the latest step in the band's steady rise and adds to growing anticipation around their work.

Described as a cathartic, emo-leaning piece running to six minutes, "Awayward" arrived on Monday 6 July, following May's "Saccharine". Blimp have shared stages with acts such as julie and Rocket, and member Ren Takekawa also plays in yeule's band. The group have been gaining attention since their 2023 Egg EP.
