Brandi Carlile has postponed her UK and European Human Tour dates from this autumn until spring, citing unspecified “personal circumstances”. The change affects shows featuring KT Tunstall and may disrupt fans’ travel plans, particularly those coming from abroad.

The 11-time Grammy winner announced the decision on Instagram on 7 August, saying she had tried to avoid rescheduling and was anxious about disappointing audiences. She thanked ticket-holders for their understanding and said she hoped they would return for the rearranged spring dates; the tour follows her eighth album, Returning to Myself, released last October.
