Explained simply
Breaking Benjamin is an American rock band known for heavy guitar music and songs such as “The Diary of Jane”. The group is led by singer and guitarist Benjamin Burnley, and has been active since the late 1990s.
Starset, P.O.D. and Filter are also American rock bands, each with their own history and following. Their styles range across alternative and hard rock, so the line-up brings together acts from several strands of the genre.
A Mainstream Rock Airplay chart ranking reflects how often songs are played on US rock radio stations. A number-one placing can indicate strong radio reach, while touring gives bands a chance to perform for audiences across different cities.
