Bret Michaels has announced his return to touring following emergency surgery for a complex kidney stone in July, which forced him to cancel his remaining 2026 shows in August. The 63-year-old rock singer, who attempted one performance post-surgery before being advised to stop, is now gearing up for his comeback with renewed determination despite ongoing health challenges including his lifelong battle with diabetes.

Michaels' rescheduled tour includes performances at Founders Square Amphitheater in Portage, Indiana on 16 October (originally scheduled for 7 August), followed by a two-night stand at Island Resort and Casino in Harris, Michigan on 13–14 November, and a "Hometown Holiday Show" at the Palace Theatre in Greensburg, Pennsylvania on 29 November. Beyond these dates, he has also secured a place on the 14th Rock Legends cruise departing 21–25 February from Miami to Costa Maya, Mexico, alongside acts including Foreigner and George Thorogood. Despite recently breaking two toes whilst exercising, Michaels has expressed his commitment to performing and has hinted at a potential all-original Poison reunion tour in 2027 or 2028 depending on his recovery.
