Bring Me The Horizon will add their 2013 single "Can You Feel My Heart" to Fortnite Festival from 3 September, joining other rock and metal acts such as Metallica, Linkin Park and Slipknot who have already featured in the game. Fans will be able to play along on the Main Stage, create mashups or use it as a loop emote, with the track free to play or purchasable for 500 V-Bucks to keep in their library.

The song originally featured on the band's album Sempiternal and later appeared on the EA Sports UFC game soundtrack in 2016. It was certified platinum in the UK in 2024 and remains the band's most-streamed track on Spotify with 905 million plays. Separately, frontman Oli Sykes has teamed up with Spiritbox's Courtney LaPlante on a new track for this year's Valorant Champions Tour, while the band prepare to play Rock in Rio on 5 September ahead of a North American tour later in September and October.

Bring Me The Horizon are a British rock band, formed in Sheffield in 2004, known for evolving from a heavier metalcore sound into more mainstream rock and pop-influenced music. "Can You Feel My Heart" is a track from their 2013 album Sempiternal and has become one of their best-known songs, having gone platinum in the UK and racked up hundreds of millions of streams.

Fortnite Festival is a music-focused mode within the video game Fortnite, where players can perform songs using virtual instruments, similar to games like Rock Band or Guitar Hero. It has previously added tracks from major rock and metal bands including Metallica, Linkin Park and Slipknot, giving those songs new visibility among Fortnite's large player base.

This matters because it reflects how video games have become an important platform for the music industry to reach younger and wider audiences, alongside more traditional routes like streaming, licensing to films and other media, and live performances.
