British girl group FLO say their second album, Therapy at the Club, marks a more confident and independent stage in their career. The trio believe the six-month process gave them greater creative control and a clearer sense of their own musical identity, as they seek to build on growing success in Britain and the US.

Stella Quaresma, Jorja Douglas and Renée Downer first broke through with Cardboard Box in 2022 and have since won the 2026 MOBO Award for Best R&B/Soul Act, while their debut album received a Grammy nomination. The new record retains R&B at its core but expands into pop, exploring heartbreak, friendship and healing through a nightlife setting; its campaign has included a million-view NPR Tiny Desk performance and major US podcast appearances.
