Jodie Turner-Smith and her brother, Richard Smith, are being sued by three anonymous people who allege he hosted drug-fuelled sex parties at a Los Angeles property linked to the actress. The claims accuse Smith of pressuring people into taking drugs and sexual activity, while Turner-Smith is alleged to have funded drugs and failed to prevent risks at the property. Her representative rejected the lawsuit as fictional and said the allegations were untrue.

The court documents include claims of sexual battery, false imprisonment, emotional distress and fraud against Smith, who is a convicted felon. One claimant alleges he called her his “white slave”, while another says he claimed Turner-Smith used cocaine with him, funded a drug purchase and gave him an Audi for transporting packages allegedly containing narcotics. Turner-Smith, 40, is known for roles in Queen & Slim and Anne Boleyn.
