Brooklyn Street Named After Late Baby’s All Right Co-Founder Billy Jones

Pitchfork ·

Billy Jones, co-founder and owner of Brooklyn music venue Baby’s All Right, has been commemorated with a street named in his honour. Billy Jones Way was unveiled on Sunday at Bedford Avenue and Broadway, near the venue, recognising his influence on New York’s music and nightlife communities.

Jones died in 2025 from glioblastoma, aged 45. Baby’s owner Tom Moore said Jones supported emerging artists and helped their ideas find an audience. Jones also opened Night Club 101, Elvis Guesthouse, the Dance and Funny Bar. A party at Baby’s after the ceremony featured surprise sets by Blood Orange, Porches, Fcukers and others.
