BTS to Broadcast Argentina and Brazil Concerts Live to Cinemas Worldwide
BTS are extending their "ARIRANG" world tour to cinema screens with the first-ever live broadcasts from South America, showing full-length concerts from Buenos Aires and São Paulo to audiences worldwide. The move brings the K-pop group's return to group activities to a wider international audience beyond those attending the stadium shows, and marks the band's first-ever performance in Argentina, a milestone for the concert being broadcast.
The first live viewing captures BTS's 24 October concert at Estadio Único Diego Armando Maradona in La Plata, near Buenos Aires, screening in the Americas that day and elsewhere on 25 October due to time differences. The second covers the 30 October show at São Paulo's Estádio MorumBIS, part of a three-night run (28, 30 and 31 October) that closes the tour's Latin American leg, with cinema screenings following the same same-day/next-day pattern across regions. It follows earlier "ARIRANG" broadcasts from Goyang, Tokyo and Busan, with tickets going on sale on 17 September at 9am ET and screening times varying by territory.
