Camden International Film Festival has announced its main awards following its 22nd edition in Maine. Dependence, Grace Harper Brighouse’s personal documentary about her father’s OxyContin addiction and their estrangement, won the Harrell Award, while Revolutionaries Never Die, directed by Mohanad Yaqubi, received the Cinematic Vision Award.

Alea Jacarandas earned a Harrell Award Special Mention, and Past Future Continuous received a Cinematic Vision Special Mention. The audience-selected Fowlie Award went to Bucks Harbor, which came with a $10,000 prize, while Lovely Butterfly won the Oscar-qualifying award for Best Documentary Short Film.
