Fieri highlighted the loyalty of his production team, many of whom have worked with him for over a decade and progressed from roles such as production assistant to camera operator, including cinematographer Anthony "Chico" Rodriguez, who has been with him since the show began. He also recalled a 2023 fundraiser for Maui fire relief that raised $1.7 million for restaurants, service workers and the Salvation Army, with "Yellowstone" creator Taylor Sheridan contributing meat and cooking at the event. While Fieri says he keeps the show's core format largely unchanged out of respect for tradition, he has introduced subtle updates over the years, such as reducing voiceover narration and occasionally featuring his son Hunter or other celebrity chefs from Food Network programmes.
