Cardi B Reveals First Photos of Her Son With Stefon Diggs — and His Uncommon Name — as Baby Boy Turns 1

Cardi B has revealed her youngest son’s face and name, Grey Marsean Diggs, in an Instagram post celebrating his first birthday. The announcement matters because it publicly confirms the name of her child with American football player Stefon Diggs, whose identity she had previously kept private.

Grey turned one on 13 November, a year after his birth. Cardi described him as a source of strength during an uncertain period and shared photos of him in several outfits, including a Halloween doctor costume. He is her fourth child and her first with Diggs; she also has three children with estranged husband Offset. Cardi and Diggs appear to be co-parenting.
