Cardi B Teases Potential ‘Ah Ha’ Remix With Kash Doll: ‘It’s Too Fire’
Cardi B has hinted that a remix of her new single "Ah Ha" featuring Detroit rapper Kash Doll could be on the way, after fans reacted to a shout-out to Kash Doll in the original track. Speaking on Instagram Live, Cardi teased the possibility without confirming it, suggesting the collaboration would be significant if it happened. The tease comes as Cardi promotes "Ah Ha", her first single of the year, released on 31 July.
During the same livestream, Cardi revealed she would film the "Ah Ha" music video within the coming week and said she plans to host a party in New York City on Thursday 6 August, timed around Chris Brown and Usher's R&B Tour dates at MetLife Stadium. She also celebrated her "WAP" collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion being certified 10x platinum (diamond) by the RIAA, her fourth diamond plaque and the first time a female rap collaboration has reached that milestone. "WAP" topped the Billboard Hot 100 for four non-consecutive weeks following its August 2020 release.
