Bravo has confirmed that Carole Radziwill will return to "The Real Housewives of New York City" as a full-time cast member for season 16, an upgrade from her previously announced reduced "friend of" role. Radziwill was a mainstay of the franchise from season five through season 10, and her comeback marks a notable return of a legacy face as the rebooted series tries to re-establish itself following a rocky season 15.

The newly released trailer suggests Radziwill's past ties to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell will be addressed during the season, alongside references to her late ex-husband, Anthony Radziwill. Season 16 premieres on Bravo on Tuesday 8 September at 8pm and features only three returning Housewives from the previous two seasons — Sai de Silva, Erin Lichy and Jessel Taank — alongside newcomers Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond and Daisy Toye. The show is produced by Shed Media, with Andy Cohen among the executive producers.
