Charlie Brown Is Getting a Brand-New Christmas Special, 60 Years After the Original

Apple TV has announced *12 Days of Snoopy*, a new Christmas special featuring Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the Peanuts gang. It marks a return to Christmas stories for the characters, whose original holiday special first aired in 1965 and has remained a seasonal favourite.

In the new story, Snoopy lands on Santa’s naughty list and has 12 days to show he can be a good beagle, learning that Christmas is about more than gifts. The special premieres on 13 November and will feature a score by Emmy-nominated composer Jeff Morrow, alongside original music from several musicians. Apple TV has streaming rights to Peanuts media through 2030.
