Charlotte Moore has reshuffled the senior leadership at Left Bank, the production company behind Netflix's The Crown, promoting two executives to newly created or expanded roles. Caroline Tucker, formerly a VP of Finance at Sony Pictures Entertainment, joins as Chief Financial Officer & Operations, while business affairs chief Charlie Goldberg has been elevated to Chief Commercial Officer. The moves come as Moore continues to build her own team following recent departures, including that of long-serving Chief Operating Officer Grace Wilson.

Tucker will oversee financial reporting and operational functions across the company, remaining within the Sony stable given Sony's ownership of Left Bank, while Goldberg will focus on commercial strategy, partnerships and growth. Both will report directly to Moore, who took charge of Left Bank last year after leaving her role as BBC content boss and has since recruited figures such as Baby Reindeer's Matt Jarvis as acting creative director, alongside exits including Wilson, who departed after nearly 20 years, and development chief Ed Cripps, who moved to Neal Street. Left Bank's recent credits include Dept. Q and Dear England.
