Wholesale whole wing prices are down compared with a year ago, and supply has remained steady, according to a July market trend report from Performance Foodservice. Kipper Greist, managing partner of Jumby Bay Island Grill in Jupiter, Florida, told Fox News Digital that customers are more likely to benefit from the cheaper wholesale rates through restaurant deals and specials rather than permanent menu price cuts, as businesses weigh other rising costs when setting prices.
