Chiodos have released 'TAPDAT', their first new song in 12 years, marking a fresh chapter for the band following their 2024 comeback. The track arrives after two years of extensive touring, including celebrations of the 20th anniversary of their landmark album 'All's Well That Ends Well', and the band have also announced they have signed to SharpTone Records.

'TAPDAT' is described as technical and melodically driven, drawing on the band's early sound while pushing in a new direction, and follows their last full-length release, 'Devil', from 2014. Vocalist Craig Owens said the song marks the first step in rebuilding "the world of Chiodos" and that the band feel stronger and more focused than ever. Chiodos will support the release with a North American tour beginning 30 July in Denver and running through late August, with 156/silence, sace6 and Second Harbour as support acts.
