ChlöexHalle appear to be working on their third studio album as a duo, following a run of solo projects since 2022's acclaimed "Ungodly Hour". The Atlanta-born sisters, Chlöe Bailey and Halle Bailey, broke through with their 2018 debut "The Kids Are Alright" before "Ungodly Hour" earned them a GRAMMY nomination under Beyoncé's Parkwood label, and fans have long awaited a follow-up now that both have pursued separate ventures.

Speaking to Complex, Chlöe Bailey confirmed the project, dubbed "CH3" by fans, is in the works, describing a studio session in which she played Halle roughly 30 to 40 tracks from her catalogue for her to choose favourites from, with the pair now building the album from those selections. In the interim, Halle starred as Ariel in "The Little Mermaid" while Chlöe released her 2023 solo album "In Pieces" and collaborated with Timbaland. No release date or further details have been announced.
