The film dramatises Hansen's years hosting Dateline NBC's "To Catch a Predator," and reps for Pattinson had not responded to a request for comment on Hansen's remarks. Separately, Hansen reiterated a claim first made on Fox News that A24 barred him from a private screening after he declined to sign a legal agreement he said would have waived his rights to his name, image and brand, along with any potential legal claims arising from the film. A source close to A24 previously said the document was a standard NDA required of all preview audiences for an unreleased project.
