Singer Ciara has announced she is pregnant with her fifth child, sharing the news via an Instagram post on Sunday 6 September captioned "One more person to love." The baby will be her fourth with husband Russell Wilson, the former NFL quarterback she married in 2016, and comes as Ciara continues an active performing and touring schedule.

The announcement featured a video showing Ciara hanging a blank onesie on a clothesline alongside shirts bearing the names of her existing four children, Future, Sienna, Win and Amora, with the newest arrival's name kept a surprise. Ciara's eldest, Future, was born in 2014 with her former partner, rapper Future. The star toured with Missy Elliott in 2024, released her eighth studio album, CICi, in 2025, and performed at Poland's BitterSweet Festival in mid-August, where loose-fitting stage outfits appear to have concealed her growing bump.
