Zurich Film Festival has unveiled eleven additional gala premieres, bolstering its 2026 lineup with high-profile titles ahead of the event's run from 24 September to 4 October. The additions include Javier Bardem and Penélope Cruz's Venice-bound thriller Bunker, Jordan Firstman's Cannes breakout Club Kid (acquired by A24 after a heated bidding war), and Danny Boyle's Rupert Murdoch drama Ink, which opens the Venice festival with Jack O'Connell, Guy Pearce and Claire Foy.

Other newly added films span a wide range of genres and origins, including Lauren Miller Rogen's comedy Babies with Seth Rogen and Anna Kendrick, John Turturro's crime drama The Only Living Pickpocket in New York, and several world premieres such as Frauke Finsterwalder's Eurotrash and Enkelejd Lluca's Albanian boxing drama Blood Money. Festival director Reta Guetg said the programme brings "outstanding voices and stories from different parts of the world" and highlighted Adult Supervision as a potential Swedish Oscar contender, alongside works by acclaimed filmmakers including Ali Asgari, whose latest film also premieres in competition at Venice.
