Baritone saxophonist Colin Stetson and Scottish experimental bagpiper Brìghde Chaimbeul have announced a new collaborative album, "All The Light In The World", due out on 11 September on Envision Records. The pairing brings together two avant-garde instrumentalists known for pushing their respective instruments into unconventional territory, following an earlier collaboration in 2023 and Stetson's recent work scoring films such as "Hereditary" and "The Menu".

The eight-track record was written entirely by the pair, with no other musicians credited on its Bandcamp listing. Alongside the announcement, they have shared lead single "Dirt Dance", a seven-minute instrumental piece described as a rhythmic, rave-like fusion of saxophone and bagpipes.
