Corsair’s latest gaming mouse puts a virtual Stream Deck in your hands, but its main controls hold it back

Corsair’s Nightsword V2 Wireless combines a gaming mouse with a virtual Stream Deck, letting users assign shortcuts and controls to its buttons. The review finds the feature useful, but says the mouse’s main controls may not suit everyone, limiting its overall appeal.

The software integration offers access to Stream Deck functions without a separate device, while the mouse’s core handling and controls remain central to the experience. The article frames it as a product with an appealing extra feature, but one that does not make up for shortcomings in its primary controls.
