Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds has received a new crossover DLC pack introducing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as playable characters on PS5 and PS4. The pack, styled after the 2023 animated film Mutant Mayhem, is the latest in a series of add-ons for the kart racer and continues Sega's strategy of bringing external franchises into the game to keep players engaged post-launch.

Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael are all playable and come with the Pizzafire Van vehicle, alongside a new New York City race course and accompanying music added to the in-game Jukebox. The DLC is included for Season Pass holders or available separately for $5.99/£4.99, and a related in-game TMNT Festival running from 31st July to 3rd August offers cosmetic rewards. Further crossovers are planned, with an Avatar Legends pack due in October and future collaborations reportedly including Godzilla and Evangelion.
