Carton said Torre had not shown that Tebow knew about or participated in any alleged wrongdoing, while acknowledging that the wider allegations should be investigated.

Tebow has paused his relationship with Life Surge and said his team is investigating the claims. Mother Jones reported that Tebow spoke at 20 Life Surge events during 2024 and 2025 and was expected to appear at roughly as many in 2026. Carton argued that featuring Tebow’s name damaged his reputation and unfairly forced him to respond.
