CRAWLERS have released ‘COOL’, a new single from their forthcoming EP, ‘TURN OFF YOUR TV’. The bass-led track explores the strain of maintaining a composed public image while struggling internally, with vocalist Holly Minto linking this pressure to self-destructive coping mechanisms and wider social anxieties.

Minto said the song examines the conflict between authenticity and using a “cool” façade for protection, amid concerns about climate change and politics. ‘TURN OFF YOUR TV’ is due on 14 August and contains four tracks; the band will also play London’s Village Underground on 20 November.
