Doom metal band Crowbar has cancelled its planned "Confess To Nothing" European tour, which was due to run from 27 July to 7 August 2026, after frontman Kirk Windstein's spinal condition worsened. In a video message posted on 20 July, Windstein said a bilateral synovial cyst on his spine, which had already forced him to perform seated during a 2025 US tour with Eyehategod, had flared up again, leaving him unable to cope with the travel demands of the 12-date run.

The cancelled trek was to open at Rockstadt Extreme Fest in Brașov, Romania, and close at the Alcatraz Metal Festival in Kortrijk, Belgium, taking in stops across Serbia, Hungary, Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. Windstein, who begins physical therapy immediately, said the shows would not be rescheduled but that the band hopes to play the affected cities when it next tours Europe. Crowbar, formed in 1990 and fronted throughout by Windstein alongside guitarist Matt Brunson, drummer Tommy Buckley and bassist Pat Bruders, last released the album "Zero And Below" in 2022.
