‘Cyberpunk: Edgerunners’ Officially Returns With a New Expansion

The article reports that “Edgerunners: Burn Bright”, a new expansion for the Cyberpunk Trading Card Game, is planned for spring 2027. It brings characters and imagery from Netflix’s Cyberpunk: Edgerunners into the game, extending the franchise beyond its screen stories.

The expansion is the game’s second set, following “Welcome to Night City”, which is due out on 6 November 2026. It will include familiar characters, weapons, cyberware and scenes from the anime, with options for building crews and playing competitively or casually. English and French editions are planned at launch, with Chinese support to follow; pre-release tournaments are due to begin a week before retail release.
