Dallas Fort Worth International Airport plans to add Muslim foot-washing, or wudu, stations in terminal bathrooms, allowing travellers to perform ritual ablution before prayer more conveniently. The move is intended to accommodate religious needs and may reduce the need for people to use ordinary sinks for washing their feet.

The stations are designed for washing feet safely and hygienically as part of Islamic pre-prayer purification. DFW already provides interfaith chapels, including facilities near its Terminal D chapel, and the reported bathroom installations would extend this accessibility more widely across the airport.
