Daniel Radcliffe to Narrate Comedian Kyle Gordon’s Third Album (EXCLUSIVE)
Comedian and musician Kyle Gordon has revealed that Daniel Radcliffe will provide narration for his upcoming third comedy album, "Kyle Gordon Is Everywhere," due for release on 2 October. Radcliffe's contribution takes the form of David Attenborough-style narration woven through the album's interludes, marking a notable crossover between the "Harry Potter" star and the online musical comedian, who first met while filming a cameo together on "The Rise and Fall of Reggie Dinkins."
The album's lead single, "Mr. Jambo," is out now alongside a music video shot in South Africa and Eswatini; it parodies Paul Simon's "Graceland" on its 40th anniversary through the character of an obnoxious American tourist. The record follows Gordon's two previous albums, which spoofed genres from 2000s country and pop-punk to folk-pop and British rap, and this instalment will send up nearly a dozen more styles, including indie sleaze-pop, Disney Channel-era tween pop and late-1990s minivan rock. Gordon, who has built a following of over six million across social media, has also appeared on "The Simpsons."
