DayZ Brings Gritty, Zombie-Survival Multiplayer To Switch 2 Next Month
DayZ, Bohemia Interactive’s zombie-survival multiplayer game, will launch for Nintendo Switch 2 on 20 August 2026. Its arrival broadens the console’s mature-game catalogue and brings the demanding online survival title to Nintendo’s new hardware.
The $69.99 ‘Cool Edition’ includes the base game, the Livonia map and the Frostline expansion. Developed with porting specialist Virtuos, the version will support gyro aiming, Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, DLSS, variable refresh rate, touchscreen inventory controls and the Pro Controller.
