Bungie vaulted large chunks of Destiny 2's earlier campaigns, including expansions such as Forsaken, to keep the game from becoming unwieldy, promising the removed material would eventually return in some form. With official reinstatement still incomplete, tinkerers have instead been picking apart archived or leaked game builds to get a look at, or interact with, the vaulted content directly, though such methods sit outside sanctioned or supported ways of playing.
