‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’ is now available to stream on Disney+ and Hulu after a successful cinema release. The sequel’s arrival on streaming gives audiences a chance to watch the fashion-industry comedy-drama at home following its reported $677 million worldwide box-office takings.

Released in cinemas on 1 May, the film arrives 20 years after the 2006 original and follows Andy Sachs, now Runway’s features editor, as the magazine faces financial pressure after a scandal. Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci and others return, while Kenneth Branagh, Patrick Brammall, Simone Ashley, Lucy Liu, B.J. Novak and Justin Theroux join the cast; director David Frankel and writer Aline Brosh McKenna also returned.
