Disney Dreamlight Valley has released its "Pixel Perfect" update, headlined by the arrival of Ralph from the Wreck-It Ralph films, who joins his established companion Vanellope in the valley. The update matters to players because it adds a substantial mix of new content, characters, events and rewards, keeping the life-simulation game's ongoing storyline and seasonal offerings fresh for its existing community.

Alongside Ralph's arrival, which brings a new villager house and fresh missions, the update introduces the Pop City Star Path with city-themed outfits, furniture and a new cat companion, plus items inspired by The Aristocats. A new Parks Floating Festival event runs from 19 August to 8 September, two additional museum rooms open in Olaf's Grand Exhibition, and the previously seen Summer Sizzle (29 July–11 August) and Memory Mania (16–29 September) events return with new prizes. New items are also being added to the Premium Shop, including building skins and a Fantasia Broom companion.
