Disney’s 5-Part Adventure Franchise Officially Takes Over Netflix

All five Ice Age films have entered Netflix’s weekly Top 10 after arriving on the service together, making the animated series the standout success of Disney’s new streaming deal. Their popularity matters as the franchise prepares to return to cinemas, potentially renewing interest among viewers who have not seen its characters on the big screen since 2016.

For the week of 12 to 18 October, Ice Age: Collision Course ranked third, while the other four films also made the chart. The films follow the growing herd of Manny, Sid and Diego through adventures involving floods, dinosaurs and a journey into space. The next film, Ice Age: Boiling Point, is scheduled for release on 5 February 2027, with the three main voice actors returning.
