Disturbed guitarist Dan Donegan has sold his Orland Park, Illinois home for $1.575 million, after buying it for $1.3 million in 2023. The sale reflects his planned move back towards Homer Glen while dividing some of his time between Illinois and Sarasota, Florida.

The 7,000-square-foot property sold on 21 July, following Donegan’s March announcement that it was on the market. He said Illinois would remain his main home, where he expects to spend about 80% of his time, while Florida would offer occasional time away; Disturbed are also expected to take an extended break from touring in 2026.
